I will never give advice, only my unsolicited opinion. With the most kindness & sincerity possible, I take zero responsibility for the possibility that what works for me may not work for you. You know you better lol.
My self-care smells like lavender fields and grandpas - and my achy bones and anxiously fast resting heart rate are totally okay with that. I've been a frequent headache/tummy ache/ body ache haver for many a years now, but I've found a few things over time that make it not so bad when it's bad.
So, in no particular or preferred order; here are some of the things I use when I feel like shit - to help me feel, less like shit.
Every shower I take (I take one once a week whether I need to or not, as my father would say lol) - I shove one of these in the corner as soon as the water gets hot. It helps alleviate my headaches and migraines, it calms my pounding heart when I'm anxious, and my churning stomach when I'm nauseous.
Additionally, it helps loosen up the congested grossness during allergy season or when I'm snot-nosed.

If I'm not taking a shower, I'm taking a bath. And even when taking a bath I make sure to still find a way to smell like a grandpa but feel warm and fuzzy, but minty cool and less tense at the same damn time. When I take a bath, I like to dump a scoop of this in while also listening to this album - cheers.

This was a birthday gift, and I can honestly say I haven't stopped using this since I got it. I spray all the pillows on our bed (four fluffy ones to be exact) with this lavender pillow spray right before we brush our teeth and call it a night. This is an every day ritual and I will definitely be restocking on this or something similar since I haven't found a favorite *~*pillow spray*~* brand yet.

Dude, another gift. But this guy is down for the cause. He's a true homie! He is willing to go in the microwave for a few so he's warm and cozy, and he will literally sit in your freezer for hours if you need him to be cooooool.
I got him for Christmas so he doesn't smell much like lavender these days, but I microwave him up on cold winter nights / when I need something warm to put up against an achy muscle or a cramping, PMSing abdomen.
In the summer, or when I have a migraine/headache and I'm craving something nice to put on top of my face when I'm laying down - I let him chill in the freezer for a couple of hours and he is cool company when I take him out.
Sometimes, I even spray some of that lavender pillow spray on him lol

A peppermint essential oil roll on is an absolute essential for me. Some brands are better than others, I've tried a bunch - this one does the job and is super affordable. I keep a peppermint oil roller in my purse/travel bag, make up bag, and we almost always have 1-2 in each car.
I use these for a variety of reasons. Temples and forehead for migraines and headaches, I use my finger to dab some peppermint oil under my nose when I'm nauseous, trying to avoid smelling something bad around me (lol), and also - to wake me up when I'm getting tired. We travel and roadtrip quite a bit, and when I'm trying to prolong getting sleepy I'll dab a little right under my nostrils lol.
Additionally, I also roll some peppermint oil anywhere I'm achy - usually my shins, shoulders, and the back of my neck.

Yeah, yeah, yeah lol some more smell nice stuff. I personally think there's something to aromatherapy and it obviously shows lol. These were another gift - I actually got this set twice from two different people. I keep both in the car, despite the spray labeled as a pillow spray. This is currently one of my favorite lotions that I put on before going out, and I like to use the spray for the car seats actually. A couple sprays right where my head is going helps me with the motion sickness of sitting in a car for hours during travel :)

7. Good Ol' Classic Salonpas Patches

Call me my mother's child, but I will probably always use these lol. Sometimes I sleep weird or wrong and I wake up with a wrecked neck, back, or shoulder - sometimes even all three LOL. I slap these on whenever any of those hurt.
I'm sure you can find these at most over the counter stores, but if you like the convenience of having them sent right to ya - click here .

To be totally honest, I've never been a huge skin-care routine and ritual person. I absolutely wish I was but I'm too forgetful and too sensitive to too many products. This is one product I had zero bad reaction to which is rarer than you think! I cannot say and will not say it'll do the same for you, but I like to rub this all over my mug before I go to bed (but after I wash my face obvi). My face seems to feel smoother and look brighter the next morning.
If you're intrigued to see if you get the same results, you can click here (don't forget - I'm not guaranteeing nay-thang)

If I have a peppermint roll on, you know I have to have a lavender one too. I use this pretty much the same exact way I use my peppermint roller. Anywhere and everywhere it hurts - and under my nose for aromatherapy and when I'm just straight up not trying to smell something funky.

PLEASE do your own research on whether B-12 is for you!! I can't tell you about you. But for me, when I'm feeling a little off, I like to squirt some of this under my tongue. I feel the slight improvement in my overall being almost instantly. I have tried a few different brands and I have found this one, so far, to be my favorite.

<3 Until next time.
